Payment and Compensation

  • Our agency is compensated by the suppliers who help make your trip exceptional, awaiting your arrival.
  • We succeed when you travel and not a second before.
  • We get paid when you go and return from your trip.
  • We invest hours and days to ensure your trip is exceptional and five-star so that you return and book another fun getaway.

Administrative Fees

  • An administrative fee may be required for some trips and groups. This fee is non-refundable and helps us continue to provide exceptional service before and during your trip.

Planning Process

  • We streamline everything to ensure no time is wasted during the planning process.
  • Responding to emails and providing correct email addresses is crucial to avoid missing important information such as travel documents, pricing, and updates.

Budgets and Packages

  • Budgets are very important to us. To get an idea of what your trip will cost, click [here] to look up your dates, destination, and add flights.
  • Our packages typically include flights, ground transportation, all meals, drinks, alcohol, entertainment, resort activities, and cancel-for-any-reason insurance.
  • We choose the best flight times, arriving before or right at the 3 pm check-in and returning in the afternoon to ensure you aren’t rushing to the airport after a great stay.

Services Provided

  • We do more than just book and research. We provide clients with everything they need to know about their resort and destination through emails sent conveniently before their trip.
  • We ensure you have all the fine print details that people often overlook until it’s too late.

Responsiveness and Accuracy

  • We are very responsive and thorough. Our number one goal is to prevent unnecessary change fees, so we ask that you double-check all your information before submitting payment.
  • After payment is received, penalties and change fees may apply.

Passport Requirements

  • All our destinations require a valid passport. Ensure your passport is not damaged and has blank pages for stamping.

Contact Hours

  • Our business hours are:
    • Monday – Thursday: 10 am – 6 pm
    • Friday – Saturday: 10 am – 3 pm
    • Sundays: Open for those traveling only

Cruise Booking Policy

  • We do not book group cruises in the traditional way where a small deposit holds a cabin category until the full deposit is paid.
  • This approach often results in clients getting less desirable cabin locations (e.g., near noisy elevators, the front of the boat, or the back of the boat where motion can be an issue).
  • To avoid this, we assign actual cabin locations at the time of booking. Clients can choose to pay a full refundable deposit with no change fees, or a discounted non-refundable deposit rate with potential change fees and cancellation penalties.
  • This method ensures that families can be closer to one another and have cabins in the best parts of the ship, reducing issues with motion sickness and noise.
  • We require that if you are traveling to a port outside of your city that you arrive to that city 24 hours before your cruise is set to sail to avoid any delays that are out of your control causing you to miss your sailing.

Invoicing

When you choose your room category and authorize payment, your credit card won’t be charged right away. During this time, we prepare your invoice and check that everything is still available at the quoted price. If there are any changes, you will be notified and can approve or reject the new quote. Once you approve by replying “Proceed” to our email, your card will be charged by the supplier.

At Young Lifestyle Travel, we do not collect or hold money for clients’ trips. We only accept payments for service or administrative fees, which are explained before booking and research. Your authorized payments are processed directly with the suppliers, such as resorts, airlines, insurance companies, excursion providers, and ground transportation services. This way, your billing and bank statements will show charges from these companies, ensuring a clear and reliable booking process. This provides peace of mind that your trip is booked as soon as your card is processed.

Cancellations & Modifications

We strive to ensure you won’t need to cancel or change your booking after payment, helping you avoid extra penalties and fees from suppliers and our agency. Making changes isn’t as simple as it seems, so it’s important to follow these steps to avoid cancellation fees and penalties.

For all bookings with flights, we include “cancel for any reason” full credit insurance. This means if you cancel, you will receive all the money you paid, minus the cost of the insurance, as a credit for a future trip to any destination. If you opt for full refund insurance and cancel, you will receive all the money you paid, minus the cost of the insurance, refunded to the card you used for the booking.

It’s important to note that if one person cancels their stay in a shared room and the other person remains, the hotel will not provide a credit or refund for the hotel portion. This must be resolved with your roommate. However, your flight and ground transfers are covered, and you will likely receive a refund or credit for that portion, depending on the insurance you purchased.

Keep this in mind if you think you might need to cancel and want to maximize your credit or refund. You may consider booking a solo room if you’re unsure about your plans to avoid complications later.

24 Hour During Travel Emergency Line

Every booking includes a 24-hour during-travel number. It’s essential to save this number in your phone for each trip, as it changes depending on your destination. Here’s why it’s important:

I can only view resorts and flights two days before your travel date, limiting my ability to make immediate changes during your trip. This number connects you directly to support that can handle urgent issues like:

  • Canceled or delayed flights
  • Unexpected hotel repairs or overbooking
  • Medical emergencies

Please text or call me first for peace of mind, but always use the 24-hour number for real-time assistance. They can quickly resolve issues such as rebooking flights, finding alternative accommodations, or arranging medical help. It’s faster and more effective for you to call them directly, as they prefer to speak with the client.

When comparing prices with friends and family, it’s important to understand that our packages include everything. Not just flights or the resort, but the entire experience. Your package includes:

  • Flights
  • Resort accommodations

  • Drinks (including alcohol)

  • Non-motorized water sports

  • Cancel-for-any-reason insurance
