All guests booking Elite Club rooms must be 18 years or older. This applies to the Jr Suite Elite Club, Swim Up Jr Suite Elite Club, and Suite Ocean View Elite Club. No exceptions.
Elite Club is Riu’s premium tier — exclusive lounge access, upgraded amenities, premium liquors, dedicated concierge service, and a whole other level of all-inclusive. The Jr Suite, Swim Up, and Ocean View Suite rooms all come with Elite Club access included.

Both people in the room must be ready to pay the deposit at the same time. This is not a “I’ll get you later” situation — you both pay together or you both wait.

Riu Palace Bavaro fills up fast in July. Prices are subject to change until the deposit is secured. The sooner you lock in, the better your rate and availability.

Once you fill out the form and approve your quote, you and your roommate will each receive a secure payment link via email. Each person submits their own payment. Nobody has to front the whole thing.
Punta Cana is an international destination. You cannot travel without a valid passport. Check yours right now before you do anything else.
🛂 Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after check-in. Since we check in July 24, 2026 — your passport cannot expire before January 2027. If your passport expires before then, renew it before you book. Passport issues cannot be fixed at the airport.
⚠️ Names must match your passport exactly — first and last name as it appears. No nicknames. No middle names unless that’s your legal first name. Double-check your roommate’s name too before you submit the form.
Both of you need to be ready to pay at the same time. Lock that in before you touch the form.
One person clicks the link and fills out the form for both. Include your roommate’s full passport name, date of birth, and cell number.
Your full itinerary arrives via email within 24–48 hours. Check your spam. Review every detail carefully.
Your card is NOT charged until you approve the quote. Nothing processes automatically. You’re in control.
