Deposit deadline is March 6, 2026. Final payment due September 2026. Split payments are available — roommates can each pay their own deposit separately.

ONE person fills out the form. Have your roommate’s passport info ready — full name (exactly as on passport), date of birth, and cell number.
Your full itinerary arrives via email AND text within 24–48 hours. Check both. Check spam. Reply to the email so we stay out of it.
Check passport names, dates, pricing. Make sure it’s all 100% accurate — change fees kick in after payment.
Your card is NOT charged until you approve. You’re in control the whole way. Nothing processes automatically.

I am VERY petty when it comes to you checking your emails and replying. Respond so I don’t end up in your spam folder. I’ll also text your booked itinerary so you can look at it in the middle of the night and see all the details of what you have to look forward to — and pay your final payment right from that text link. Easy.
💰 Need to split payments? Include your roommate’s email address in the form along with their passport info. This lets them pay their own deposit separately. Nobody has to front the whole thing.
🛂 Passport Requirement: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after check-in. Since we check in October 29, 2026 — your passport must be valid through May 2027. Check it now before you book.
⚠️ Change Fees: $50 per change per person after payment is processed. Make sure ALL information matches your passport BEFORE you approve the quote. Names must match passports exactly.
