Passport name first (gotta match that document!), then text a photo for good measure. (If you are waiting on your passport to come in and it matches your State ID take a photo of that and send it)

Most importantly, make sure the dates match the crew’s itinerary and the destination is the same as the epic adventure you signed up for!
