Why I Created DripTrips itineraries…
I’ve been a passionate traveler for years, long before booking travel became my career.
One thing I always knew was that I had to visit certain dream destinations.
But often, once I arrived, it felt like a chaotic free-for-all. I’d enjoy the main attractions but miss out on hidden gems that truly make a trip unforgettable.
Take my cousin’s birthday trip to Miami, for instance. It was a spontaneous adventure, and all six of us had a blast. The first night, we stumbled upon a lively karaoke bar. T
he second night, we dined at Mango’s and somehow ended up in the VIP section because I was mistaken for a celebrity.
The third night, driven by a radio ad, we found a buzzing club far from South Beach and danced until it closed.
We wrapped up the final night chilling at the pool and jacuzzi. That trip was epic, but it was also a lot of luck and spontaneity.
On the flip side, knowing what to do before you get there adds a whole new level of excitement. For instance, on a Carnival cruise while on a vegan diet, we struggled to find options and ended up eating meat again, only to discover later that Guy’s Burger Joint had vegan burgers—you just had to ask! If only we’d known earlier.
These experiences inspired me to create DripTrips Itineraries for everyday travelers on a budget.

I wanted to give future jet-setters a feel for their getaway before they book and, better yet, before they arrive without breaking the bank and still enjoying five star rated quality escapes.
