📄 Documents You Can’t Cruise Without (Seriously, No Shortcuts Here!)🧳

Listen up – this is the make-or-break stuff!

Nothing ruins your vacay faster than forgotten docs:

The Non-Negotiables:

  • Passport! Double-check that expiration date RIGHT NOW
    • Hot tip: Needs to be valid for 6 months after your cruise
    • Take a pic of it on your phone (thank me later!)
  • Government ID & Copy of Birth Certificate (yes, you need both!)
    • Driver’s license or state ID
    • Keep it separate from your passport (trust me on this)
  • Cruise Documents
    • Print these babies out!
    • Your phone might die, but paper never loses battery 😉

Protect Your Precious Docs:

  • Get a waterproof phone case or document holder
    • Best $15 you’ll ever spend!
    • Perfect for beach days and excursions
    • Keeps everything dry when you’re living that pool life

Pro Tips from Your Cruise BFF:

  • Make copies of EVERYTHING
    • One set in your carry-on
    • One set in your checked bag
    • One set saved on your phone
    • Email copies to yourself
    • Send copies to someone at home

⚠️ Horror Story Prevention:

  • Never ever EVER leave your ID, Birth Certificate or Passport on the ship during port days
  • Don’t pack these in your checked luggage
  • Keep them on you until you’re in your cabin
  • Use your cabin safe (that’s literally what it’s for!)
