Party Vibes: My Travel Chronicles…
Let me take you on my journey of turning every destination into an unforgettable celebration! It all started on the Carnival Breeze out of Galveston back in 2015.
There I was, a first-time cruiser, who ended up becoming the ship’s unofficial entertainment!
One night, I started harmonizing with the band in the Atrium, and before I knew it, I was their nightly special guest.
Even DJ Dawkness in the club would check his watch, waiting for me to come light up the dance floor. If I stepped out for a minute?
The whole crew would be tapping their watches, making sure their party queen was coming back!
But that’s just how I roll, no matter where I land.
Take that night at the Luxor in Vegas – I turned a sleepy hotel lobby into the hottest karaoke spot on the Strip!
Two songs in, and suddenly the whole lobby was packed, drinks were flowing, and the karaoke DJ was literally begging my hubby to let me go on tour with them.
Just another typical night in my travel diary!
New York City hits different, especially during New Year’s Eve.
You’ll find me either commanding the mic at a karaoke bar or right in the heart of Times Square, singing between conversations just to stay warm, creating such a buzz that everyone wants to be part of our crew’s energy.
And don’t get me started on that night in NYC when our Southern vibes took over the club!
The DJ caught our energy and switched up the whole playlist to Southern beats.
Next thing you know, people are fighting their way through the crowd just to take pictures with us!
Miami’s South Beach?
That’s my playground!
At Mangos, the party started before we even got inside – I was vibing so hard in line that they gave us VIP treatment the moment we walked in.
One minute I’m singing along with the music, the next thing I know, I’ve got the DJ’s mic in my hand, and the club is suddenly packed to the brim.
Complete strangers were inviting us to their VIP sections, sharing their bottles, and dancing with us until dawn.
But here’s the thing about me – I can turn up anywhere, even in the most peaceful settings.
Take my recent Akumal adventure with my crew.
We scored this incredible 6-bedroom villa right on the beach, complete with a heated pool with a waterfall and this stunning courtyard.
During the day, we’d be living that tranquil life – snorkeling in these amazing cenotes where fresh water meets the ocean, floating above massive sea turtles in their natural habitat (talk about magical!).
But once the sun set?
Baby, that’s when we transformed our little piece of paradise!
Our villa became the spot to be.
Picture this: music flowing through the courtyard, laughter bouncing off the water, everyone taking turns doing cannonballs in the heated pool while others are dancing under the stars.
The sound of waves crashing mixed with our playlist created the perfect soundtrack.
Just a short walk from Turtle Beach and some pretty lively restaurants, but honestly?
Our villa parties were the highlight of the area!
From the Caribbean rhythms of Jamaica and the Bahamas to the vibrant energy of Grand Cayman and the pure magic of Playa Del Carmen – every destination becomes my dance floor.
I’ve learned that the best travel memories aren’t just about the places you visit, but about the energy you bring and the moments you create.
Whether I’m belting out tunes on a cruise ship, turning up in a New Orleans jazz club, or creating our own private pool party in Mexico, one thing’s for sure – sleep is for when I get back home!
Every destination has its own rhythm, its own vibe, and
I’m here to find it, feel it, and make it unforgettable!
